As they say "be prepared" - its a regular top tip in magazines that proclaim to be able to help you lose x pounds in x days.
So I am prepared - my sandwiches made and snacks chosen (both healthy and sweet).
Today I'm having a slice of white bread (crusts removed) with a slice of chicken & stuffing, brown toast with pâté, a slice of cheese with a date, cherry tomatoes, low fat yogurt, nectarine, strawberries and a weight watchers caramel bar (lovely and chewy). I'll even have room for the mini cupcake.
