Still experimenting with different toppings for my oat pancake creation - mixing an Oat-so-simple sachet (98 cals) with 50mls of skimmed milk (18) and spreading out on a flat plate ... this morning I had a small teaspoon (5g) of nutella (27) with three slices (50g) of peach (24) and small dobs (6g) of light whipped cream (12)
DELISH and only 185 calories! Not too bad on the fat (5g) but a bit high on the sugar (12g) content - but the sugar is mainly coming from natural sugars of the peach and milk and this dish has 5g of protein.
