For my post holiday 3 day detox I'm starting with a great combo of egg and mushroom.
The mushrooms are cooked first in a non stick pan without any oil or butter - they don't need it - then I beat the egg and pour over the browned mushrooms, turning down the heat and leaving egg to set ( flipped over at end I make sure cooked through). Sprinkle with bit of paprika (good fat burning tool).
A large egg at 100 calories and 100g mushrooms at just 13 calories this is low cal at its best. The egg also provides a perfect combo of protein and fats.
