Another tasty, chewy, filling salad for my lunch. This time with some left over cooked baby new potatoes to give me the carbs I need after a good gym workout. It includes two slices of ham to provide 12g of protein.
Lettuce leaves = 8
100g Baby new potato = 76
Salad tomato = 13
Two slices lean ham = 66
1/3 large avocado = 79
7 green pitted olives = 20
2 tsp capers = 3
Squirt of (70% reduced fat) salad cream (7.5g) = 11
This meal provides a total of 276 calories with 16g protein and 12g fat - 7g from avocado and 2g from olives ('good fats') and just 1g from the salad cream and 2g from the ham.
