While making my son's toast for breakfast I was drawn by the smell of the peanut butter. This is something that goes great with banana - the perfect pick-me-up for the morning high in 'good fats' and offering a bit of protein as well (the same as a serving of oats or bread!). The jam had a lovely sweet smell too but I resisted having any jam - piling up the plate with fresh strawberries instead.
150g strawberries = 45
Half large banana (approx. 100g with skin on) = 60
13g (about 1 heaped teaspoon) crunchy peanut butter (no sugar added) = 77
This comes in at 182 calories (with my usual Evening primrose oil capsule = 192)
