Colourful fruits are full of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. At this time of year they are plentiful and so sweet.
This bowl is topped with 70g (two large tablespoons) of 0% fat Greek yoghurt. Which is only 40 calories! The fruits are:
100g pineapple (41)
100g strawberries (28)
50g blueberries (28)
50g blackberries (13)
So a gorgeous healthy filling snack for 150 calories.
I had similar for dessert - replacing the pineapple with half a large banana (60) and only 50g yoghurt dobbed on top.
