Well it can’t be healthy living without the good old vege sticks!
This was a lovely fresh, crunchy, juicy snack and it came in at under 100
calories.
75g carrot (about half large) = 33
50g cucumber (about half of 6cm long piece) = 5
40g celery (about 1 stalk) = 3
75g low fat cottage cheese (30g red pesto = 22, 45g onion &
chive = 34)
