Quorn steak, winter mash and asparagus

Looks, tastes and is healthy - and also satisfying, filling and warming. Perfect low cal meal for winter evening.

I added a little cream and sugar to the mash to make it a little more luxurious - with the quorn (vegetarian) meat being so low in calories there was plenty of room for all the little extras - like ketchup and salad cream.

Quorn steak - 123
265g (half medium) swede - 69
65g (one medium) parsnip - 52
150g (one bunch) asparagus - 38
10ml jersey cream - 45
5g (teaspoon) caster sugar - 20
10g ketchup - 14
10g light salad cream - 8

Total - 370
