Hot & cold chocolate

The beauty of calorie counting is that I can have a bit of chocolate every day without feeling guilty.

For my 100 calorie evening treat I'll often have a hot chocolate - its filling for a start. Inspired by my fit and healthy sister this has become a bit of a habit. Using the low cal option of hot chocolate and then having a third serving (one heaped teaspoon) with a splash of milk and some sweetener one large mug is only 20 calories!

Weight watchers do a lovely range of desserts and one of my favourite are their icecream mini pots 'Swirls' - full of flavour, creamy and satisfying. Both the chocolate and toffee taste great - with chunks of fudge pieces and swirls of chocolate or caramel sauce. Just 77 calories a pottle.

100 calorie treat - done!
