My previous snack was at 3pm so this is a little something to keep me going before dinner.
It's colorfulness means it's full of nutrients. The cottage cheese goes great with the sweet carrot. The tomatoes burst in the mouth and compliment the crunchy carrots and goey cottage cheese. A taste sensation for just 95 calories.
60g Low fat cottage cheese (about 2 Tbs) = 45
75g (about half large) carrot = 35
80g (about 6 small) cherry tomatoes = 15
This provides 8g protein with 9g of natural sugars and only 1g fat.
