The final meal of the three day detox.
When I decided to do this detox I didn't plan any of the meals - I just wanted to reduce my calorie intake for the long bank holiday weekend and balance out the indulgences from the previous week. I wanted to have no sugar or sweetners (the habit of having 2 sweeteners per cup of teaI've managed to do that and I'll now be able to enjoy some birthday treats tomorrow - guilt free.
My dessert was good ol' fruit and yoghurt
100g sliced peaches (in light syrup, drained) = 60
1 Nectarine = 56
50g 0% greek yoghurt = 29
A total of 145 calories with 8g protein and no fat.
