More fruit!
Inspired by the sun beaming in to the kitchen this morning I opted for fruit for breakfast. This time mixing up the tropical flavours of banana and pineapple together –
topped with some blueberries and the lovely creamy 0% fat yoghurt.
50g blueberries = 28
100g pineapple = 41
½ large banana (about 100g with skin on) = 65
75g yoghurt = 43
Total of 177 calories with 9g protein and just 1g fat
