Pizza!

I love pizza. I usually leave the crust behind - I am not a crust person - so on the nights I am home alone with hubby out at work (he doesn't like pizza) I then prepare myself one and take the crust off before serving - in this case I took off 50g (a third of a 142g / 290 calorie serving) and as a result I can eat a whole pizza (1.65 of a serving) for under 400 calories (380 to be exact).

If you are a crust fan then it would be a matter of having your pizza when you can share it or are willing to save half for another time or throw some away. As Paul McKenna says in 'I can make you thin' - is that extra piece better chucked in the bin or wasted in you (and added to your tummy flab)?
