Best of both breaky

Felt like having toast and cheese. Also wanted a bit of fruit or sweetness. So I had a low cal slice of toast (51 calories) with light olive oil spread and slice of cheese (Leerdamer lightlife for 55 calories a slice). I used a dash of marmite for bit of flavour too. Then on the side a pot of low fat yoghurt (54 calories) and handful of blueberries.

The calorie content of blueberries vary between providers for this handful (about a third of cup / 50 berries weighing 80g).

Tescos (100g 32 calories) = 26
Morrisons & Sainsburys (100g 69 calories) = 55
Alpine Fresh & 'Pugwash' (1 cup 84 calories) = 28
Marks & Spencer (225g pack 55 calories) = 17

Oddly....Asda (100g 172 cals) = 138

Then other entries on MyFitnessPal had 10 berries at 5 calories, 50 berries at 39 calories.

So I did some googling and found a website (caloriecount.about.com) thy has the items rated by user confidence. The most confident for blueberries is 1 cup = 82.7cals

So that's about 27 calories - giving me a breakfast for just on 200 calories!!
