Muesli and granola are pretty high calorie for the amount you get. The plus side is that the protein and fibre help to keep you fuller for longer. Along with the low fat greek yoghurt this also helps to reduce the sugar high from the fruits. There is a small piece of banana at the bottom for sweetness and variety of texture - but not too much as its a high sugar and high calorie fruit!
50g strawberries - 14
30g blueberries - 17
50g (with skin on - about 4cm long) Banana - 44
65g (two Tbs) 0% Greek yoghurt - 37
12g (two heaped tsp) muesli - 50
Total - 162 calories
I'll usually have 200 cal breakfasts so there was room for a bit more of something - or a cup of hot chocolate (made from Cadbury Highlights with one heaped tsp and some milk for 35 cals).
