Quorn steak perfect for fast oxidizer

This meal came up great for protein ratio. The mushrooms are a bit watery ("too yin") according to some oxidation nutritionists but they are low cal and yummy and great with garlic - good for the "yang".


Yang-a-lang-a-ding-dong! 

So with a bit of condiment to moisten and sweeten up the quorn steak (yeah too much sugar but with this much protein ratio it's fine for me!) in was tasty with lovely texture and sense of satisfaction.
